Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Healthcare Product Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal colleagues to ensure alignment across departmental initiatives
• Guide and advise teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements to support product growth

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of a state bar
• 5-7+ years of healthcare contracting and compliance experience
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare compliance, particularly in insured health or disability products
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and relationship management
• Experience in project management and ability to thrive under pressure
