Job Summary

A company is looking for an HTM Business Analyst to solve complex strategic problems and improve processes using data-driven analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics to develop comprehensive HTM opportunity assessments
• Create and publish monthly HTM account scorecards and assist in business review analytics
• Track and monitor KPIs, initiatives, and projects to ensure effective service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, and Sales Support
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Data Visualization tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
