HEDIS User Acceptance Testing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEDIS User Acceptance Testing SME - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing of User Interface and Reporting systems
• Design, draft, and execute test cases while preparing required input data and expected results
• Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions for quality improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a healthcare delivery organization
• 4+ years of HEDIS experience focused on data analysis
• 4+ years of experience working with final submission files to NCQA, CMS, and state submissions
• 1+ years of writing SQL code and experience in a matrix environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
