Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Document Analyst I, Ambulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electronic document imaging processes and analyze incoming clinical documentation
• Monitor and manage work queues for inbound digital faxes and ensure quality control of documents
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality guidelines and meet department productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Experience in Health Information Management (HIM) preferred
• Relevant healthcare certification such as RHIT, RHIA, or CMA preferred
• Experience with medical terminology and medical records in a healthcare setting required
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is required
