Key Responsibilities
- Accesses hospital information systems to retrieve medical documents and information for processing hospital claims
- Utilizes the Artiva (or FACS) workflow management system to manage tasks and update records
- Conducts monthly reviews of client systems for payment transactions and reports discrepancies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Adherence to HIPAA requirements
- Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn hospital information systems for document retrieval
- Strong organizational skills for accurate record keeping
