Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review chart documentation for accuracy and ensure completion of coding, OASIS, and plans of care
• Meet daily productivity standards by reviewing 8-11 charts per day
• Maintain quality standards and stay updated on coding and OASIS guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Experience with OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding in Medicare Home Health
• Dual-certification in home care coding and OASIS
• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
• Experience in QA and compliance
• Familiarity with multiple EMRs or willingness to learn
