Job Summary

A company is looking for an HVAC Equipment Marketing Specialist to support the MDF claims process for HVAC equipment lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of MDF claims with established guidelines and brand standards
• Track MDF approvals and manage customer credits and vendor reimbursements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support diverse marketing initiatives and maintain corporate identity

Required Qualifications

• Ideally 5 years' experience in the trade industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in handling marketing initiatives and customer promotions
