IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of IAM systems, including Okta and SSO integrations
• Lead the integration of new applications into SSO and IAM platforms, ensuring secure onboarding
• Monitor and remediate IAM-related security incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms, specifically Okta and SSO solutions
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP)
• Experience with IAM automation, scripting, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to identity and access management
