IAM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Manager to lead their team of engineers and oversee identity and access management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IAM engineering team while defining the strategic roadmap for the IAM program
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of IAM projects using Agile methodologies
• Oversee the Okta environment and ensure compliance with modern authentication standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading technical teams using Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of the Okta platform and modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
• Experience with REST APIs and scripting languages for automation in an IAM context
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
