Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPO ICD Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the Title Commitment for accurate vesting
• Set up the Escrow Account by reviewing the Homeowners Policy and Tax Certificate
• Thoroughly review loan files for data accuracy and verify wiring instructions with title companies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in all loan types such as FHA, VA, RD, CONV
• Expectation of processing 16 to 20 Initial Closing Disclosures per day
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Organized with strong time management skills
