Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to drive client onboarding and adoption of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion
• Lead all aspects of implementation, including training, solution configuration, and data migration
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects successfully
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to proactively drive user adoption and mitigate churn
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with effective project management capabilities
