A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to drive client onboarding and adoption of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion
- Lead all aspects of implementation, including training, solution configuration, and data migration
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects successfully
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to proactively drive user adoption and mitigate churn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with effective project management capabilities
