Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to manage product implementation projects from sale to service delivery hand-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of product implementation projects and set client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate the collection of plan setup data
• Apply project management best practices to track timelines and conduct regular client calls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Implementations or a similar role in Third-Party Administration or Healthcare
• Knowledge of the benefits industry, specifically pre-tax benefits and COBRA
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
• Open to learning and developing new skills
