Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to engage with stakeholders and lead functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements
- Lead the functional design of solutions and ensure compliance with government processes
- Own and prioritize the product backlog while supporting agile delivery and testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce functional implementations
- Salesforce certifications preferred, along with Agile/Scrum certification considered an asset
- Strong understanding of permitting, licensing, inspections, and community development workflows within government environments
- Experience working in public sector environments with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
