Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to engage with stakeholders and lead functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements
• Lead the functional design of solutions and ensure compliance with government processes
• Own and prioritize the product backlog while supporting agile delivery and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce functional implementations
• Salesforce certifications preferred, along with Agile/Scrum certification considered an asset
• Strong understanding of permitting, licensing, inspections, and community development workflows within government environments
• Experience working in public sector environments with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
