Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, documenting agendas and tracking action items
- Assist in managing timelines, task assignments, and resource schedules for Salesforce projects
- Support the use of Jira and Confluence for task tracking and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating or managing Salesforce workstreams or projects
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Power User or with Salesforce Administration tasks
- Experience with task tracking tools such as Jira and documentation tools like Confluence or Google Workspace
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
