Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Implementation to oversee the implementation team for various benefit services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of client benefits services and ensure compliance across teams
• Evaluate staff performance and provide continuous feedback to enhance team effectiveness
• Develop solutions for customers and create efficiencies in processes

Required Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience
• Client and escalation management experience preferred
• Experience with Federal and State COBRA regulations and administrative processes
• Experience with Section 125 regulations and related procedures
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent management work experience
