Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of client benefits services and ensure compliance across teams
- Evaluate staff performance and provide continuous feedback to enhance team effectiveness
- Develop solutions for customers and create efficiencies in processes
Required Qualifications
- Prior management/leadership experience
- Client and escalation management experience preferred
- Experience with Federal and State COBRA regulations and administrative processes
- Experience with Section 125 regulations and related procedures
- 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent management work experience
