Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst I to deploy and manage products while ensuring they meet end-user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish deep subject matter expertise across the product line
• Provide professional implementation and support services for smooth deployments
• Train operational staff and end users on equipment and applications

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or 4+ years equivalent experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative approach
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Retail and restaurant industry knowledge is a major plus
• Demonstrated success in a technical project management role is a plus
