Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the UKG Ready HCM solution, focusing on Timekeeping and related modules
- Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage
Required Qualifications:
- Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, focusing on Timekeeping implementations
- Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
- Solid understanding of U.S. timekeeping compliance and best practices
- Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs for system configuration
- Experience in training delivery and user support
