Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis to gather requirements and identify areas for optimization
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive technical design documents and manage project timelines
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Zuora and related financial applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue implementation and configuration
• Expert knowledge in billing models, revenue recognition principles, and ASC 606 compliance
• Experience with Zuora APIs and workflows for optimizing billing and revenue management integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
