- Oversee client engagement, budget analysis, and coordination of activities between clients and team members
- Lead process improvements and monitor project completion while acting as the primary escalation point for client issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field
- Typically a minimum of 6 years of related professional experience
- Preferred minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory position
- Experience in managing high-risk client mainframe changes
- Ability to execute and report on departmental metrics
