Mental Health Coach (ICF Certified)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Coach (NBC-HWC or ICF Certified).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members in setting and achieving personal goals through regular touchpoints
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide coaching support on various mental health topics and escalate care as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of coaching experience, with six months under supervision
• Board Certified as ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, ICF-MCC, and/or NBC-HWC coach
• Two years of relevant experience in the mental health industry
• Knowledge of coaching techniques and ability to deliver video and text-based care
• Fluency in Google Suite and Zoom, with a suitable environment for video coaching
