Job Summary

A company is looking for a Qualtrics B2B Survey Analyst (Text IQ Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of B2B survey deployment and analysis on the Qualtrics platform
• Utilize Text iQ analytics to analyze open-text responses and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align survey efforts with business objectives and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, program, and administer surveys in Qualtrics, including advanced survey logic
• Hands-on experience using Qualtrics Text iQ or similar text analytics tools
• Familiarity with B2B customer feedback programs
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience in a client-facing or consultative role is beneficial
