Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - TLM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Workforce Management solutions for new clients using UKG Ready
  • Update and maintain company templates and build accrual policies
  • Provide ongoing technical and administrative support, including training clients in TLM
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with UKG Ready or related field
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Tax, Time and Attendance, and Accruals implementation
  • At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (TLM) in an implementation or consulting role
  • Strong knowledge of TLM software and systems, preferably UKG Ready
  • Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
