Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - TLM.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Workforce Management solutions for new clients using UKG Ready
- Update and maintain company templates and build accrual policies
- Provide ongoing technical and administrative support, including training clients in TLM
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with UKG Ready or related field
- Knowledge of Payroll, Tax, Time and Attendance, and Accruals implementation
- At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (TLM) in an implementation or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of TLM software and systems, preferably UKG Ready
- Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
