Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist responsible for orchestrating and executing program plan implementations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute client implementations while coordinating cross-functional collaboration
• Manage client relationships and provide education on product design and operational nuances
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and support strategic collaboration during the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum of three years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with OnBase document management system (preferred)
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles with proven expertise in escalation management
