Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients post-sale to gather data for software system structuring
• Create project plans for timely installation of software systems
• Train clients on software usage and communicate throughout the setup process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in golf course operations with knowledge of management systems
• Sound technical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
