Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Functional NetSuite Consultant - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Remediate identified Customer NetSuite enhancements through application configuration and testing
• Ensure customer satisfaction to facilitate contract renewals and showcase value
• Collaborate with Sales to promote service expansions and identify new project opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry business practices or consulting
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite required
• 5+ years of customer-facing functional consulting required
• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus
