Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support customer integrations and onboarding of proprietary systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integration projects, coordinating between internal teams, technology partners, and clients
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities, including setup, testing, validation, and customer handoff
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through effective communication and follow-through
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, implementation, or customer integration role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Salesforce
- General understanding of integration processes; knowledge of SFTP is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects
