Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the enterprise
  • Oversee programs for leading self and others, including facilitation and program analysis
  • Collaborate with leaders to design and implement programs using data and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
  • 8-10+ years of experience in learning, consulting, or program management related to organizational effectiveness
  • Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs for executive-level audiences
  • Expert facilitation skills with experience in executive coaching and assessments
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and principles
