Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the enterprise
- Oversee programs for leading self and others, including facilitation and program analysis
- Collaborate with leaders to design and implement programs using data and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
- 8-10+ years of experience in learning, consulting, or program management related to organizational effectiveness
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs for executive-level audiences
- Expert facilitation skills with experience in executive coaching and assessments
- Understanding of adult learning theory and principles
