Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the post-sale customer journey during the implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete successful implementations for multiple clients/accounts as assigned
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction while managing data migration, system configuration, and initial training
- Manage internal tools and documentation to support the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company or school/district
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Extensive experience with technology tools for implementation (e.g., Hubspot, Jira, Zendesk)
- Some familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection
