Job Description

Informa TechTarget is seeking a detail-oriented Enablement Coordinator to join our team. This cross-functional role focuses on support and enablement of Intent & Ecosystem Partner sales, partner collaboration, project management, and product data analysis. They provide necessary support, so our sales teams and partners have the resources they need to drive revenue. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and proactively identifies areas of optimization to help revenue teams succeed.

Facilitate Sales & Partner Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with ecosystem partners to support joint sales initiatives and co-branded marketing efforts.
  • Assist in organizing partner meetings and collaboration sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales training & enablement colleagues to evangelize and intent data solutions and ecosystem partner solutions within global sales teams
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, and presentations for the intent & ecosystem partner team.

Data Analysis Support:

  • Analyze intent & data products to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis.

Content Management:

  • Help develop and maintain persona-specific enablement content, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible (focus on Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations and data science professionals).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of enablement and product marketing initiatives for intent & ecosystem partner capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of intent data, data analytics and/or data science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the technology or information services industry.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience
