Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and interns while contributing to DevOps strategy and infrastructure decisions
• Ensure high availability of AWS cloud infrastructure and deliver cost savings through optimizations
• Drive high-impact projects, mentor team members, and shape the technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years as an infrastructure engineering manager or 3+ years as a senior infrastructure engineer with leadership experience
• Significant experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Familiarity with production monitoring and logging systems
• Strong technical background in networking and backend software engineering
• Experience in hiring and interview processes
