VP of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering - DTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the DTC technology vision aligned with business goals
• Lead and scale engineering teams for eCommerce, mobile, and store technologies
• Oversee the architecture, performance, and reliability of DTC platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading engineering for DTC platforms
• Deep understanding of modern commerce platforms
• Experience in global retail or consumer brands is highly desirable
