Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee backend engineering and manage a small team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management
• Manage and mentor 3-5 engineers, providing career guidance and technical oversight

Required Qualifications

• Public Trust or higher security clearance
• 5+ years of backend/full stack development experience
• 1+ years of people management experience, preferably in a matrixed environment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure code validation workflows
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and government software delivery
