Team Lead - Cash Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Cash & Investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performance engineering team delivering microservices for cash management and investment modules
• Own quarterly OKRs, delivery forecasts, and production health; track metrics and customer satisfaction
• Drive operational excellence with multi-cloud event-sourced services on Kubernetes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems; 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in JVM, SQL, and event-streaming technologies
• Experience with cloud operations on AWS or Azure, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Kubernetes
• Proven record of shipping SaaS with CI/CD and automated testing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
