Senior Principal Engineer, ASIC

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Engineer, Architecture ASIC / System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead chip architecture for innovative and complex processor-based SoCs
• Specify product requirements and drive them to closure
• Oversee IP evaluation, microarchitecture, and coordinate with other business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10-12 years, or a PhD with 8-10 years of experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in system architecture development
• Expertise in SoC architecture, including interconnects, I/O technologies, and power management
• Demonstrated technical leadership in delivering complex silicon solutions
