A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support enterprise deals and enhance customer experiences with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own POCs from start to finish, delivering high-quality results that impact enterprise sales cycles
- Streamline POC processes by templatizing, automating, and scaling best practices to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers to provide technical solutions and empower enterprise customers through integrations and data utilization
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Revops, or a technical customer experience role
- Proven ability to systematize Solutions Engineering work through automation and best practices
- Familiarity with the platform and experience with Waterfalls, APIs, and CRM integrations
- Strong understanding of Revops and its application in enterprise sales workflows
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively to enterprise clients
