Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain 40-50% hands-on development while managing a team of approximately 5 engineers
• Oversee multiple high-priority projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and timelines
• Drive the technical vision and strategy, ensuring successful execution and fostering operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing consumer-facing teams
• Relevant hands-on experience with .NET Framework, AngularJS, MongoDB Atlas, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in modernizing technology platforms and leveraging AI coding assistants
• Familiarity with continuous delivery and integration practices, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations is a plus
