Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Infringements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online platforms and social media for unauthorized use of media content and logos using image recognition software and manual searches
• Conduct investigations to assess the source and extent of infringements and prepare detailed reports with evidence and recommendations
• Collaborate with sales and legal teams to monetize content or issue cease and desist letters as necessary, while maintaining a comprehensive database of infringement cases

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with media industry content licensing
• Experience in preparing detailed reports on licensing violations
• Proficiency in monitoring online platforms for unauthorized content use
• Experience with image search recognition tools for content monitoring
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
