Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions aligned with business goals
• Assess learning requirements and create engaging training content while measuring outcomes for improvement
• Mentor and coach other instructional designers to support project execution and maintain instructional quality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with six years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience
• Experience in instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, or web design
• Proficiency in instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM
• Expertise in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
