Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive learning content for live and on-demand delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness by analyzing learner feedback and program metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in training or learning experience design in a technology or SaaS environment
• Proven experience in designing and developing various learning content, including eLearning modules and instructor-led materials
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
