Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in instructional design or training roles
• Expertise with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field is a bonus
