Insurance Specialist (Claims)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Claims Follow Up).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve unpaid/denied claims using proprietary software, phone calls, letters, and insurance web portals
• Review medical documentation to determine appropriate actions for claim resolution
• Maintain familiarity with client preferences and meet monthly production and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of hospital AR claims follow-up experience
• Knowledge of UB04 claim forms, EOBs, and medical records preferred
• At least one year of Epic EMR experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
