Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - RPh Operations Advisor - Specialty Medical Prior Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews of medical data to approve or deny prior authorization requests for specialty medications
• Collaborate with technicians and nurses to process authorization requests and answer clinical questions
• Coordinate timely communication of case decisions to physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence
• Verification of high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to provide high-speed internet of at least 25 Mb download and 3 Mb upload
• Must reside anywhere in the continental U.S., excluding New Mexico and Colorado
