Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects, coordinating with internal teams and customer teams
- Configure and manage API-based integrations using SQL/JSON for data mapping
- Track customer project status and lead communications for integration onboarding projects
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in delivering integrations for SaaS or related solutions
- Experience in driving an agile process to manage and deliver customer outcomes
- Technical acumen in SQL, JSON, and API server-to-server integrations
- Intermediate coding experience is a plus
