Integrations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Analyst (Offshore).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with integrations-related ticket queue for the Classic platform
• Work with database systems, including SQL and MongoDB, for data management and optimization
• Implement and maintain HL7 integrations for healthcare data exchange

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a business or product analyst, or technical customer support in healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of EHR/PM systems and healthcare workflows
• Proficiency with project management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Previous experience working with Filemaker as an advanced admin user is a plus
