International Tax Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Max Support International Tax Representative who will provide client support for international tax products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for assigned accounts regarding ONESOURCE Income Tax and related products
• Conduct quality monitoring and follow up on customer communications
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of international tax compliance experience preferred
• Experience with Direct Tax ONESOURCE software, CorpTax, or related software required
• Subject matter expertise in international income tax forms
• CPA license preferred but not required
