Job Summary

A company is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to manage administrative tasks related to the invoicing process in a foreclosure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, preparing, and formatting various documents
  • Ensuring timely creation of invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with the accounting department regarding invoice denials and fee approvals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Associates Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with case and document management software
  • Experience with client systems such as ICE/BKFS, Tempo, or similar is preferred
  • Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred
