A company is looking for an Invoicing Specialist to manage administrative tasks related to the invoicing process in a foreclosure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, preparing, and formatting various documents
- Ensuring timely creation of invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with the accounting department regarding invoice denials and fee approvals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associates Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
- Familiarity with case and document management software
- Experience with client systems such as ICE/BKFS, Tempo, or similar is preferred
- Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred
