Job Summary
A company is looking for an MHS GENESIS Issue Resolution Specialist/Account Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect end users with Cerner AMS and TMI to validate configuration changes
- Monitor and manage Service Now Dashboards and communicate ticket resolutions to stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for end users and troubleshoot account issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Issue Resolution Specialist/Account Coordinator or similar role
- Proven strategic leadership experience at the Network level or above
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain DoD Public Trust clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
