IT and DevOps Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT and DevOps Specialist to support internal IT operations and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
• Manage AWS infrastructure and maintain CI/CD pipelines while automating deployments
• Administer security tools and ensure compliance with security policies

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT support and DevOps/infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools
• Experience managing security and compliance tools
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments
