Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT operations and security leadership roles
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent)
• Proven track record in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity leadership
• Expertise in regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR preferred)
