Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and implement various telecommunications technologies and manage multiple installation projects
• Consult with branch resources to define needs and facilitate the installation of voice/data services
• Ensure timely documentation and tracking of work-order activities and coordinate with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3+ years of experience in voice telecommunications
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems
• Familiarity with project management systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner) preferred
