Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information Technology Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and implement various telecommunications technologies and manage multiple installation projects
- Consult with branch resources to define needs and facilitate the installation of voice/data services
- Ensure timely documentation and tracking of work-order activities and coordinate with internal and external teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3+ years of experience in voice telecommunications
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems
- Familiarity with project management systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner) preferred
